It’s been years since I felt,
that my stomach is full of butterflies,
It’s been ages since a glimpse of you,
made my heart soar to the skies.

It’s been so long since i could hear,
the violin in the background,
It’s been months since it felt like music,
Every time you made a sound.

It’s been days since your touch,
made my heartbeat go crazy,
It’s been years since your eyes,
Made my mind hazy.

It’s been ages since I saw,
your eyes full of love and care,
It’s been so long since we both had,
any beautiful feelings to share.

It’s been months since we had those fights,
that brought us even closer,
It’s been days since we had the urge,
to just hug each other.

It been years since sitting in silence,
gave us peace and comfort,
It’s been ages since just your smile,
could take away all the hurt.

It’s been so long and I feel,
all that’s left is a distant memory,
And believe me I feel so empty,
and this hollowness is so scary.

I miss how we used to be,
and wonder if you too feel this pain,
I need to know what went wrong,
I need to feel your warmth again.

It is bad to feel lonely,
but worst to feel alone when together,
Sometimes I feel so lost,
And afraid that it’s all over.

It’s hard to go on this way,
And even harder to leave,
It’s difficult to give up on this,
And impossible to believe.

Either show me a way out,
Or show me a way in,
Don’t leave me in this void,
It’s tough to even breathe in.

Love, pull me closer,
Or push me away,
Either ask me to move on,
Or ask me to stay.

I am tired of the waiting,
I am tired of the indifference,
I am tired of living in the memories,
And I am tired of your absence.

Relieve me of this agony,
Relieve me of this pain,

I swear I am going insane.
